hey girlie, I had a flyer on my door from them, and put it aside.I didnt think anything of it, until I heard you speak of it to be honest.An when I ran across it again, I said this is what Kianna was talking about. But since this extended review of their CS its not for me. Ppl need to understand that someone may have occassional viewers who happen to tune in on that certain review vid, an will take ur review to heart. there maybe 10 that comment on a vid, an 110 that dont.Good reviews do Matter.
Walmart sells a lamp that is exactly like scentsy, and the melts smell really good, and they are 15.99. I Love the ones at walmart, they are by Better homes and gardens

Geez..in business you have to expect losses but Scentsy apparently didn’t take Business 101. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Customer service makes a company..but when faced with such a bad experience, I think you handled yourself proper Kianna. Scentsy should have recognized how many people your videos reach and should have done whatever they could to remedy the situation…but I guess being business savvy is not Scentsy’s forte. =)
