Roses are gorgeous flowers, captivating and are always in style. Roses come in a variety of colors, each color signifying a different thought. Giving a rose to someone is a great way to articulate your deepest emotions.

The white rose bloom is easily one of the most popular wedding flowers. The color white conveys purity, honesty, fidelity, peace and integrity. The white flower is valued for its considerable beauty and detail. However, though they can convey deep emotions, due to the varied levels of meanings, one must be careful in choosing the color of their flowers.

Because white is the color of purity and innocence, these roses are presented with a clear conscience and without any ill will. Unlike red roses, which denote passion, white roses are symbols of spirituality and the eternal love that lives within the soul. This flower is often referred to as the “flower of light.” White roses represent devotion, modesty, and companionship in love.

Bouquets consisting mostly of white roses are often carried by the bride in many weddings today, often symbolizing the virginity or innocence of the bride. This tradition and significance of white roses is said to have begun in 1840 during the wedding of Queen Victoria.

Also, these flowers can symbolize the traditional Victorian attributes of women: modesty and purity. A white rose bud, though, can symbolize those virtues in a unique way. It can stand for a girl who isn’t old enough to experience romantic love. This kind of girl isn’t a teenager yet, and is viewed as innocent and untainted. Like the white rose bud, she is sweet, graceful, and pure.

Blue and white roses also denote mystery. When you give roses to someone as a present you need to research the meaning of each color. Choosing to purchase roses is the ideal way to let a person know that he or she has a delightful personality and is as charming and lovely as the white rose

Finally, these blooms also stand for loyalty, harmony and honor. The person who gives you white roses will remain by your side forever. White is also the color of spirituality. These flowers suggest honesty, piety and truth. These characteristics are what make the ideal wedding flowers. Weddings are usually all about love, devotion, union, fresh beginnings and spirituality, just like white roses. .
